How to make fish dumplings for children

Dumplings, a delicious food, are an indispensable protagonist on people’s dining tables. Moreover, eating dumplings can provide the body with very rich nutrients and help the body absorb them quickly. Therefore, eating more dumplings is a very healthy dietary choice. Especially for children, eating dumplings is beneficial to their healthy development. However, the filling of children’s dumplings is very important. Let’s take a look at how to make fish-filled dumplings for children.

When making dumplings with fish filling, it depends on what kind of fish you need. It can be sea fish or river fish. Try to choose larger fish, and choose the belly of the fish as this area has more meat and fewer bones. Then chop the fish meat, add appropriate amounts of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, chopped green onions and other vegetables to make the filling. This is how you make dumplings.

Method 1:

1. Cut the fish into sections and steam them. You can tell whether it is cooked by poking it with chopsticks. It will be easy to poke it when it is cooked.

2. Wait for the fish to cool down slightly and remove the fish bones with your hands. This is a big project and requires you to twist it out bit by bit with your hands. Otherwise the fish bones won't be picked out cleanly and may easily get stuck on the baby.

3. Chop the green onion.

4. Add chopped green onion, soy sauce, aniseed, pepper, ginger powder, salt and sesame oil to the fish paste, stir well, and the fish filling is ready.

Method 2:

1. Kill the grass carp, clean it, remove the head, tail, bones and skin, mince the fish meat; chop the pork fat into paste; wash and cut the leek into small pieces, add sesame oil and refined oil and mix well;

2. Put the fish head and bones into the pot, add water, pepper, cooking wine, chicken essence, and boil until the soup is milky white. Filter out the residue to make fish soup.

3. Add the minced fish to the fat meat and mix well. Then add salt, MSG and egg white and stir. Add the cold fish soup while stirring until it is stirred vigorously and the fish soup is added. Next, mix well with the leek pieces and it is done.

Method 3:

1. Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the sea bass and clean them;

2. Use the middle part, as the fish is too big to eat that much;

3. Pork belly is better, this is the only lean meat I have at home;

4. Chop the pork and fish into small pieces, adding the soaked pepper water while chopping;

5. Put the pork and fish into a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, peanut oil and sesame oil;

6. Add chopped chives and stir evenly in one direction.
