Cooking by yourself is indeed a very happy thing. Only people who can cook can understand this. Here is how to make minced meat tofu. You can make it yourself.

1. Prepare the ingredients and chop the ginger into small pieces.

2. Put a proper amount of oil in the wok, heat the oil to 60% and add the minced meat and ginger into the wok and fry.

3. Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, put it into a bowl and set aside.

4. Leave a small amount of oil in the wok and put the tofu into the wok.

5. Use a spatula to crush the tofu and stir-fry continuously for 3 to 5 minutes.

6. Add the fried minced meat into the wok and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes.

7. Add the fried minced meat into the wok and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG and it is ready to serve.

8. The delicious dish is ready.
