White dough: 200g kite flour + 90g water + 15g white sugar + 1 tablespoon yeast water, knead into a smooth dough

3. Place the three dough balls in a container, cover with plastic wrap, and let them ferment in a warm place until they are twice as large. I put it on the balcony in the sun and fermented it for about an hour

4. Take out the fermented dough, knead it and let it relax for 15 minutes

5.1 Twist it into a twist shape, pinch the head and tail tightly, the length I rolled can be divided into two, roll two lollipops

6.2 Take a small ball of white and purple dough and roll it into long strips

7. Roll it into a round cake shape and stick it tightly with some water at the end.

8. Insert a bamboo skewer and use a brush with some water to lightly brush the gaps between the twists. This will prevent the twists from falling apart after steaming.

9. Make pumpkin lollipop rolls as above

10. After it is done, place it in the steamer and ferment for another 30 minutes. The steamer cloth should be soaked in water and wrung out in advance.

11. Steam over high heat in cold water, turn to medium heat after the water boils, and steam for about 20 minutes. Wait 5 minutes after steaming before uncovering
