1.1 The dough is fermented to 2-2.5 times its original size

2.2 Post-oil method Knead all the ingredients until they are fully kneaded

3. Roll out the dough into a 1cm thick slice and let it rise for 15 minutes. Use a mold to press out a donut pattern (I don’t have a donut mold so I used two large and small rings)

4. After pressing four donuts, divide the remaining dough into two parts and roll them into long strips. Let them rise for 10 minutes and wrap them around the sausages.

5. Place in a warm and humid place until it doubles in size

6. Put oil in the pan and wait until the oil is hot (small bubbles will appear when you put chopsticks in), put in the fermented dough, turn over and fry slowly over low heat until the surface is golden brown, remove and wait for the donuts to cool completely, then sprinkle with appropriate amount of powdered sugar.
