How to make spicy dried tofu fried chives

8. Add the leeks and pour three spoonfuls of Lee Kum Kee’s premium soy sauce. Stir-fry for a few times and it’s ready to serve. (If you like it saltier, you can add some salt. If you like it lighter, you don’t need to add anything. There are a lot of bean paste and first-class fresh soy sauce in it, which is salty and fresh enough).

9. PS: Be sure to use the first-class fresh soy sauce, it is very delicious when stir-fried dishes. Remember to fry the dried tofu first, then add the leeks. Don’t fry them for too long, or they will become mushy and the taste will be bad. Although there is no meat in it, you can still taste the freshness of the meat.
