Postpartum meal recipe list for 30 days

The diet of women during the confinement period after giving birth is very important, because the mother not only needs to regulate her body through food, but also needs to provide the baby with sufficient breast milk through food so that the baby can absorb more nutrients. What is the menu list for the 30-day confinement meal? The first week of confinement meals requires helping the mother excrete toxins from her body through diet, the second week helps the mother contract her uterus, and the third week is for nourishment.

1. Week 1 (Metabolic Detoxification Week)

Meal function: remove waste blood (lochia), waste water, waste gas and old waste.

Women who have just given birth have poor physical strength and appetite, so they should eat light and easy-to-digest food, mainly pork liver, black fish, and small yellow croaker.

1. Shenghua Tang: Use seven servings for normal delivery and fourteen servings for caesarean section, 300cc per day.
