How to cook the prawns

I believe that most people rarely eat rice-crusted prawns in their daily lives, mainly because this method is rather troublesome, so many people choose to steam the prawns. If we want to make rice crust and prawns, we need to prepare rice crust, prawns, eggs, etc., so put these ingredients into the pan and stir-fry, then add shrimp soup to enhance the flavor. Ingredients: 200g rice crust (millet) 150g shrimp

Accessories: 50g green beans, 150g eggs

Seasoning: 20g green onion, 3g salt, 300g peanut oil, 10g sesame oil

10g chili oil 5g white vinegar 8g white sugar 8g soy sauce 10g tomato sauce

Starch (pea) 5g

Cooking Method

1. Wash and drain the shrimps, coat them with egg white, starch, water and salt; chop green onion, ginger and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps and remove from the pan after frying; leave a little oil in the pan, add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic to stir-fry, add broth, shrimps and seasonings, thicken with wet starch, pour into a bowl and set aside.

3. Fry the rice crust in hot oil until it puffs up, then remove it from the pan, place it in a soup plate, and pour the shrimp soup over it.

Ingredients: 10 taels of shrimp * a few pieces of rice crust * 3 mushrooms * 2 tablespoons each of green beans, bamboo shoots, and carrots * 1/2 egg white Seasoning: * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 3 tablespoons tomato sauce * 3/2 tablespoon sugar * 6 tablespoons water * 1 teaspoon cornstarch * a little sesame oil

How to cook shrimp in rice crust:

1. Remove the intestinal mud from the shrimps, scrub them with salt, wash them, wipe them dry, and marinate them with a little egg white and cornstarch.

2. Cut the rice crust into pieces, fry in a pan over high heat until crispy, take out and spread on the bottom of a plate.

3. Soak the mushrooms until soft, cut into small cubes, and cook the bamboo shoots, green beans, and carrots first.

4. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, add the shrimps and fry them. Leave 2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry diced mushrooms, green beans, carrots, and bamboo shoots. Add seasonings and bring to a boil. Pour in shrimps and stir-fry evenly. Finally, pour over the fried rice crust.
