How to make 8-inch hollow chiffon cake

8. Add oil, milk, salt and powdered sugar together and beat with a whisk at low speed until evenly mixed. Then add egg yolk and beat until mixed evenly!

9. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes!

11. Add low-gluten flour three times, stir evenly, and use a rubber scraper to clean the four walls!

12. Take one third of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste and mix well!

16. Shake it a few times and use a bamboo stick to make a Z-shape to eliminate bubbles!

17. Send the cake mould to the oven! Set the temperature to 150 degrees and the time to 40 minutes!

19. After baking, turn the cake mold upside down on the grid and cool it for 3 hours before demoulding!

20. Press the four walls of the mold back and forth slowly with your hands!

21. The cake can be easily demoulded!

22. Use a demoulding knife to cut the cake body along the chimney wall a few times to separate the four walls!

23. Turn it upside down and press down slowly around the edges with your hands!

24. The beautiful cake was successfully demoulded!
