Traditional fried bread recipe

When relatives and friends come to visit, decent meals are essential. If you can't do it, wouldn't it be embarrassing? Well, now I will teach you how to make traditional fried bread.

1.1 After taking out the dough, use your hands to expel the air from the dough. You can use a rolling pin to beat the dough, then cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. Otherwise, it will not form into a sheet. After the dough has rested, it will become larger and can be rolled into a 1cm thick sheet. The thickness can be adjusted according to personal preference. I like the finished product to be a thick and dense donut. If you like a delicate one, you can roll it thinner. However, it is not recommended to make it thicker, because the hole in the middle will disappear after fermentation and it will no longer look like a donut. hehe.

2.2 Beat the eggs and add milk, sugar and sift in flour. Dig a small hole in the flour and put the yeast in to bury it. Use chopsticks to stir until it becomes a powder-free state. Then pour it into the bread machine and start the dough kneading program for 15 minutes. Then add the chopped butter and continue to start the dough kneading and fermentation program for a total of one and a half hours. Take out the dough and check the film formation. 3. Use a mold to press out the donut shape on it, prepare a piece of wax paper, (I used a piece of baked cookies yesterday, and I found it to be very good, and it doesn’t stick after fermentation) and place the pressed donuts on the wax paper. It is best to use a spatula because the newly formed donuts are very soft and can easily deform. Then put it in the oven and let it rise for 40 minutes. The picture shows what it looks like after fermentation.

4. Use scissors to carefully cut the wax paper, as shown in the picture. Do not touch the fermented donuts, as they are very easy to deform. Also, when you first start pressing the film, you cannot touch it after it is pressed. The one on the lower right corner is the most beautiful. It was the last one made. It was not touched during the whole process. The previous ones were all groping. Some of them were moved slightly, so the shape was not so beautiful. Then heat a pan of oil, add as much oil as possible so that the donuts can float completely. Then gently grasp both sides of the wax paper and slide the donuts into the pan. Turn them over after about 10 seconds, and each side should take about 10 seconds before you can take them out. Finish by coating with chocolate and decorating.
