1. Wash the pork. (Use pork leg meat to make dumplings, not pure lean meat)

8. Add about 3 tablespoons of water starch in batches, stir evenly, and finally add some chopped green onions and mix well.

9. Before preparing the meat filling, roll out the dumpling skin in advance.

10. Take a piece of dumpling skin and wrap it with appropriate amount of filling.

11. Wrap it in the shape you like. (If you don’t know how to wrap it in fancy ways, just pinching it will give you the same taste)

12. Wrap them one by one. (If you don’t eat it right away, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. After it’s frozen, you can put it in a fresh-keeping bag and store it.)

13. Boil appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a little salt, and put in the dumplings.

14. Cook until fully cooked and floats to the surface of water. (You can eat it directly or dip it in sauce, depending on your preference)
