How to cook Australian abalone

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The recipe of Australian abalone is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. No need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Wash the dried abalone, put it in an oil-free and salt-free container, and soak it in pure water. Just add enough water to cover the dried abalone.

2. Prepare to soak the Australian dried abalone.

3. Change the water frequently and soak for 48 hours before proceeding to the next step.

4. Put the abalone into the pot, add pure water and boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat for 30 minutes. If the abalone is still hard at this point, you can cook it for another 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for about 6-8 hours. Put the cooked abalone into an oil-free and salt-free lunch box, add purified water, cover it with a lid and place it in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping layer to continue soaking. Until the abalone is completely soaked and softened. If it is not soaked yet, repeat the above steps.

5. Make a cut on the abalone's mouth and remove the esophageal tube.

6. The expansion rate of the soaked abalone is about 2.5 times.

7. Use half a piece of Jinhua ham, cut into pieces, add shredded ginger and green onions, remove the fishy smell, put them all into a pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes.

8. Prepare the ingredients.

9. Wash the chicken wings, blanch and set aside.

10. Wash the soaked golden sand ginseng (please refer to the recipe for blanched golden sand ginseng for soaking method), cut into pieces and set aside.

11. Put the abalone into the casserole and cook for 30 minutes.

12. Jinhua ham has been cooked. Remove the shredded ginger and green onions.

13. Put all the ingredients into the casserole and cook on medium heat for 3 hours. You can cook it longer to make it more flavorful.

14. After 3 hours, add soy sauce and a small amount of salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
