7. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat to a low boil. Add the prepared potato dumplings and cook for about 10 minutes. When the potato buns float to the surface, they are done.

8. Pour the remaining barbecued pork back into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, then add 1 teaspoon of barbecued pork sauce. After boiling, see the color depth and add appropriate amount of bell pepper powder. When the juice reaches a certain amount, thicken it, remove from the pan, and pour it on the potato buns.
