How to make Qishan Saozi

Office workers usually cannot be too particular about lunch, after all, the conditions in the company are limited, so they usually eat in the cafeteria or go out to restaurants. In this case, they must pay attention to dinner, otherwise the body's nutrition may not keep up. Qishan臊子 is simple to prepare and very nutritious, it is worth recommending.

1. Cut the fat and lean meat into small cubes and set aside.

2. Select the front (hind) leg pork with even fat and lean content and wash it.

3. Pour oil into the pot and heat it. Then add star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns and bay leaves over low heat and stir-fry until fragrant. Remove from the pan when fragrant.

4. Prepare the seasoning.

5. Add minced ginger and stir-fry.

6. After frying the minced ginger until golden, add the fat and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

7. After the oil comes out, add the dried chili segments and stir-fry.

8. Pour in the lean meat and continue stir-frying.

9. When frying lean meat, water will come out. After the water is dried up, add appropriate amount of white wine to remove the fishy smell.

10. Add vinegar, pouring it in circles along the edge of the pot. The heat from the pot will stimulate the aroma of the vinegar, making it less sour when eaten.

11. Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover the lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes (if the pieces are large and there is a lot of meat, cook it longer)

12. After 10 minutes, when only a little water is left, add appropriate amount of chili powder.

13. Stir-fry evenly. Continue cooking until the moisture in the meat is boiled away, then add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Use a spatula to stir during the frying process to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

14. When the water is dry, you can put it into a bowl and eat it. The greasy and red meat sauce makes you drool just by looking at it, and eating it with steamed buns makes you want to have two.

15. When storing, be sure to press the meat down with a spoon so that the oil can seal the surface of the meat. This way, it will not go bad when placed in the refrigerator and can be stored for a long time.

Only when we eat well, drink well and have a good body can we feel the beauty of life. Although the method of making Qishan臊子 is very simple, many people praise it after eating it.
