How to make Orleans chicken salad

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The recipe of New Orleans chicken salad is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. No need to fry, deep-fry or stew. Just serve it with clear soup and you can enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Debone the Orleans chicken chops and fry them in a frying pan. Use chopsticks to tear the chicken into pieces while frying. After the oil on the chicken steak is fried out, add the cut pumpkin slices and fry them together. Sprinkle a small amount of salt on the pumpkin and stir evenly before serving.

2. Prepare the ingredients. I used ready-made Orleans chicken thighs. You can make them yourself, or you can just fry a piece of chicken breast.

3. While frying the chicken fillet and pumpkin, prepare the vegetables. I only put in 3 kinds, but you can feel free to put in your favorite fruits and vegetables.

4. After frying the chicken fillet and pumpkin, let them cool slightly, then put lettuce, pumpkin, chicken fillet, cucumber and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl, and sprinkle with black pepper salad dressing and original salad dressing.

5. Put the lid on and shake it vigorously.
