How to make spicy dry pot spareribs

The method of dry pot spicy spareribs is very simple and can indirectly allow the family to live together better.

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Chop the ribs into small pieces, put them in clean water and change the water several times to drain the blood. Put them in a bowl, add ginger, vinegar, salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, stir well and marinate for more than 15 minutes.

3. While marinating the ribs, cut the vegetables, chop the onions and green and red peppers, and cut the garlic shoots into sections.

4. Slice the ginger and garlic, cut the chili pepper into sections, you can also use dried chili peppers, prepare the Sichuan peppercorns, and prepare the Pixian bean paste.

5. Use a colander to drain the water from the marinated ribs until there is no water left. Then sprinkle some dry starch on them and mix well so that the fried ribs will not be dry and hard.

6. Heat a proper amount of oil and fry the ribs over low to medium heat.

7. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.

8. After the ribs have cooled down, fry them again. This way the ribs will be crispy. Serve and set aside.

9. Leave a little oil in the pan and heat it up, then add the ginger, garlic slices, peppercorns and chilies to bring out the aroma.

10. Add Pixian bean paste into the pan and stir-fry.

11. Add all the side dishes into the pan and stir-fry evenly.

12. Pour in the fried ribs, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, a spoonful of sugar, appropriate amount of salt to your taste, and light soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Fry until the onion and green pepper are cooked.

13. Transfer to a casserole and simmer for 5 minutes. The dry pot spareribs are ready.
