Bacon Prawn Thick Crust Pizza Recipe

1. Set aside flour, butter, milk, yeast, sugar and salt

2. Heat the milk until warm, add the yeast into the milk, stir evenly, pour into the flour, add sugar, salt, butter and make dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise until it doubles in size, about one to two hours.

3. Divide the proofed dough into two parts, take one part and roll it into a dough skin and put it into a pizza pan. The edge of the pizza should be higher. Use a fork to evenly poke small holes on the pizza skin and ferment it for 20 minutes.

4. I use a microwave oven, put the dough in at 185 degrees for 10 minutes

7. Light wave oven low rack 230 degrees for 10 minutes
