How to make a zero-failure chiffon cake

If we want to live happily, we must first have a healthy body, and maintaining health requires some effort from diet. In daily life, we should take three meals a day seriously. The method of zero-failure chiffon cake is simple and not troublesome at all. It is a good choice for those who want to be healthy but are afraid of trouble.

1. Weigh all the materials and prepare them

2. Put the egg whites and yolks in different containers (make sure they are clean containers without water or oil) otherwise it will be difficult to beat them.

3. Beat the egg yolks evenly with a manual egg beater, then add corn oil and milk and mix well.

4. Make sure to beat the corn oil, milk and egg yolk until they are completely and evenly blended

5. Sift the low flour into the well-mixed solution and stir gently back and forth in a Z shape (do not stir in circles to avoid gluten formation). Stir until the egg beater is lifted from the batter and can drip down easily and smoothly without dry powder. Set aside for later use.

6. Add a few drops of vinegar to the egg white and beat with an electric whisk until it becomes fine foam.

7. Then add one third of the powdered sugar to the foamy egg whites and beat again until the bubbles disappear.

8. When the bubbles disappear and the dough becomes smooth, add one-third of powdered sugar and continue beating until the dough has coarse and fine textures.

9. Finally, add sugar again and beat until the whisk tip has a small bend.

10. Use a silicone spatula to take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly. Stir up and down like cooking and finally pour into the mold (be careful not to turn it in circles to avoid defoaming)

11. Pour all the egg mixture into the egg whites and stir evenly in the same way as above.

12. Finally, pour it into the mold and shake it vertically up and down to remove the bubbles.

13. Finally, put it into the preheated oven and bake it in the middle layer at 150 degrees for 60 minutes. Each oven is different, so bake according to your own oven! (When baking, add a baking tray underneath to avoid cracking due to excessive temperature)

14. Bake for 40 minutes (still no cracking)

15. After baking, put on the heat-insulating cover, take out the oven, turn it upside down and cool it down. Serve on a plate.

16. Then you can enjoy it slowly with your family! Full of happiness
