Materials

500g lamb chops

1 potato

1 red pepper

1 green onion

3 slices of ginger

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon dark soy sauce

Salt to taste

Steps

1. Chop the lamb chops into small pieces and wash away the blood.

2. Put the lamb chops into the pressure cooker and cook until soft.

3. After cooking, take out the lamb chops and drain a bowl of soup. Prepare other ingredients

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into dice, cut the red pepper into oblique sections, cut the green onion into small sections, slice the ginger, and lightly crush the garlic cloves.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant

6. Add potatoes and lamb chops and stir fry for a while

7. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry until color is applied.

8. Pour in the soup, turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

9. Start adding red pepper and add salt according to personal taste.

10. Turn to high heat and cook until the sauce thickens.
