How to make rose bread (hand kneaded version)

How to make rose bread (hand kneaded version)

Nutritious and delicious food can not only bring health to people, but also make people happy. Although cooking by yourself is a little troublesome, it is very satisfying to see your family eating with relish. The method of making rose bread (hand-kneaded version) is very simple, and it provides a lot of nutrients.

1. Weigh all materials.

2. Add granulated sugar, salt, and yeast to the flour in turn, stir well. Then pour in egg liquid, light cream and milk in turn, stirring while pouring. After kneading into a ball, place it on the chopping board and push it from one end to the other end straight up and down. When you reach the end, bring it back and continue pushing. Repeat this for 5 minutes, then add butter and knead evenly.

3. Knead the butter evenly. Continue kneading the dough for 12 minutes. After about 12 minutes, the perfect glove membrane will be formed, and then shape the dough.

4. Set the oven to the fermentation function, adjust the upper and lower fire temperatures to around 20 to 30 degrees, put in the kneaded and shaped dough and wait for it to ferment until it is 2-2.5 times larger. As shown in the picture, the finger will not retract when inserted.

5. Take out the fermented dough, exhaust it and knead it evenly. Divide it into 35 portions, knead them into balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

6. Roll the rested dough into thin slices of about 0.2-0.3 cm, and stack them in groups of five as shown in the picture.

7. Use a chopstick to press a mark in the middle of the dough.

8. Then roll it up from bottom to top, making sure it is tightly rolled. Then use a knife to cut in the middle where there is a mark, and two roses will appear. Stand them up and shape them.

9. Place them on the baking tray, paying attention to the spacing. I used an eight-inch deep baking tray and put nine of them in it, and the rest went into a six-inch pizza pan. If you have a round mold, you can use the round one directly, an eight-inch one will do.

10. This is the pizza plate. Then put it into the oven for secondary fermentation. It will take 40 minutes for it to ferment until it is 2-2.5 times larger.

11. Take out the fermented bread dough, preheat the oven to 160 degrees for five minutes. After 8 minutes at 160 degrees, turn to 170 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. After 5 minutes at 170 degrees, cover with a layer of tin foil and continue baking to prevent the color from getting too dark.

12. Finished product. Let’s eat!

For the sake of health, it is recommended to cook at home. Rose bread (hand-kneaded version) is easy to make and tastes just as good as many expensive ingredients.
