How to make cranberry coconut bread

Nowadays, many people have lost interest in cooking. In addition to being too busy at work, another big reason is that the cooking process is too complicated. In fact, the method of making cranberry coconut bread is very simple, and it requires not many steps. As long as you are not too stupid, you can learn it quickly.

1. Weigh the auxiliary materials.

2. Put the bread ingredients into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and solid later. Then bury the yeast in the flour and set two kneading programs.

3. Add 30 grams of butter softened at room temperature and set two kneading programs.

4. Knead until the butter is completely melted into the dough.

5. Set the fermentation program until it doubles in size. Poke your finger into the dough and it is ready if it does not collapse or shrink.

6. Take out the fermented dough and press it repeatedly with a rolling pin to expel the gas in the dough.

7. Divide the dough into six equal pieces, wrap them in plastic wrap and let them relax for 20 minutes.

8. Put another 20 grams of butter into the microwave for a few seconds until melted. Take a small dough and knead it repeatedly on the kneading mat until it is rolled into a round dough. (They can be long, round or square. Just make sure all six dough pieces are the same shape.) Apply a layer of melted butter on the dough.

9. Sprinkle a layer of coconut flakes evenly.

10. Sprinkle with dried cranberries as desired.

11. Roll the second dough into a dough sheet and spread it on the first dough sheet. Same method as above.

12. Roll out and lay out all the doughs one by one. Do not spread butter and coconut on the last sheet of dough.

13. Press the stacked bread dough slightly around the edges. Use a scraper to cut into equal strips.

14. Cut into small pieces.

15. Place them randomly in the toast box.

16. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on the surface of the raw dough. (This step can be omitted, as I had leftover shredded coconut).

17. Place in a warm place and let ferment until it is 1.5 times larger. I put a bowl of hot water in the oven and put the toast box on the baking rack for the second fermentation.

18. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Bake again for 40 minutes.

19. The cranberry and coconut hand-torn bread is out of the oven. If you brush a layer of egg yolk before baking, the color will be better.

It is undoubtedly a wonderful thing to watch people around you eating the delicious food you made. The method of making cranberry coconut torn bread is simple, but it can make healthy and delicious food. You may as well give it a try.
