11. Beat until you can see small pointed corners on the meringue when you lift the whisk. If you continue to beat the cake, it is easy to overbeat it, and the overbeaten cake is easy to crack when baked.

12. Take 1/3 of the egg white and put it into the egg yolk bowl and mix well. It's OK as long as you don't see any protein. At this time, you can preheat the oven to 125 degrees for 10 minutes.

13. Pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white bowl and gently stir until evenly mixed. If this step is not done well, it will directly affect the success of the cake.

14. Mix the cake batter evenly.

15. Pour into a 12-inch mold and shake it twice. Place in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Bake at 125 degrees for 75 to 80 minutes. I baked this for 80 minutes.

16. When the time is up, take out the cake. Is it okay to bake?

17. Immediately reverse. Let cool naturally.

18. It wasn’t cold enough yet, so I separated myself from it. When leaving, move a small piece away.

19. Not too thick.

20. Cutting the cake is the most difficult, it’s like a child chewing it. It's so ugly.
