How to make yogurt cocoa cake

1. Prepare the ingredients and separate the egg white and egg yolk.

2. Add sugar, milk and corn oil A to egg yolks and mix well to emulsify.

3. Sift the low-gluten flour and stir evenly with a spatula.

4. Beat the egg white until it is foamy and add one third of sugar

5. Beat until the foam becomes fine and thick, then add one third of sugar.

6. Beat until obvious lines appear and the foam is in a wet state with a small curved hook. Add the remaining sugar until a sharp hook that can stand upright is formed (hard foam).

7. First take one-third of the egg whites and mix them evenly with the egg yolk paste.

8. Pour the evenly mixed mixture back into the egg white bowl and mix evenly.

9. Add cocoa powder to corn oil B and mix evenly. Pour into the mixed cake batter to make cocoa chiffon paste. Pour into the mold, shake it twice, and bake in the lower-middle layer of the oven at 110 degrees for 40 minutes.
