How to make chive toast

1. Put all ingredients except butter and chopped green onion into the bread machine.

2. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for 25 minutes.

3. Add butter and chopped green onion and knead the dough for another 5 minutes.

4. The bread machine is done kneading the dough.

5. Take out the dough, knead and beat it by hand for 5 minutes to make it smooth and delicate.

6. Divide the dough into three equal parts.

7. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape.

8. Roll it up from one end to the other into a small curl.

9. Arrange the bread in the toast box with the interface facing downward and place it in a warm place or start the oven fermentation function (it is recommended to use a machine for heating and fermentation in cold weather, and the general fermentation temperature is around 40 degrees).

10. Ferment until it is 80% or 90% full.

11. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake on the middle layer at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

12. Freshly out of the oven, let it cool.

13. After it cools down slightly, tap the outer wall and bottom of the toast box to easily remove it from the mold.

14. The internal structure is also good, with a strong onion aroma and a great taste.
