How to make fried rice with milk, egg and cornmeal pancake

Fried rice with milk, egg and cornmeal pancake is a common home-cooked dish. It is very easy to make. No frying is required, just simple stir-frying can make a delicious dish. The meal would be even more delicious if served with a soup.

1. Fry the omelette in a pan and cut off the round edges

2. Do this for each piece

3. A bowl of fried rice (the one without corn kernels is the best. I picked out the corn kernels later, otherwise it would be difficult to wrap. The corn kernels are too hard and can easily break the outer layer of the pancake)

4. Place a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi bamboo mat (so that the pancake will not be torn by the bamboo mat)

5. Place a pancake with the shiny side facing outwards, and spread the fried rice evenly on it.

6. Then roll it up like sushi and press it firmly (repeat the above steps for each one until it is done)

7. Cut into pieces, put on plate, finished product
