My recipe for egg wontons

1. Raw materials: Shuanghui Dazhong meat filling, wonton wrapper, eggs, coriander, ginger

2.12 Add sesame oil, salt, dark soy sauce, MSG, oyster sauce, and chopped ginger to the meat filling, stir in one direction, and add some water while stirring. Add the water little by little until the meat filling becomes sticky, so that the wontons will be soft.

10. Cut the egg pancake into thin strips, wash and cut the coriander, put the seaweed and mustard shreds into the rice bowl, and add salt, MSG, dark soy sauce, and sesame oil.

11. Pour water into the cooking pot. After the water boils, put the wrapped wontons in and gently push them with a spoon to make the wontons float.

12. After the wontons are cooked, don’t rush to scoop out the wontons. First scoop one or two spoonfuls of soup into the bowl, mix the seasoning in the bowl with the soup, and then scoop out the wontons. The delicious wontons are ready and can be eaten.

13. The egg wontons are ready, enjoy.
