How to make sesame and scallion egg pancakes

After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. The method of making sesame and scallion egg pancakes is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Prepare egg liquid, white sesame seeds and flour. I don't have a scale at home, so I use a tablespoon to measure the flour.

2. Cut the green onions into small pieces.

3. Mix eggs, flour, white sesame seeds, green onions, salt, thirteen spices, and water evenly into a batter.

4. Turn on high heat and heat the frying pan. Add oil when the pan is hot. When the oil is 70% to 80% hot, turn to low heat and pour in the egg batter. Lift the pan and shake it slightly so that the egg batter can be evenly spread on the pan and into a circle.

5. Wait until the egg batter solidifies and then turn it over and fry the other side.

6. Fried sesame and scallion omelet.
