How to cook grass carp stewed with tomatoes

1. Chop tomatoes, ginger and green onions and serve.

2. Marinate the cut fish pieces with soy sauce, peanut oil, salt and ginger for 5 minutes.

3. Heat the pan, add some peanut oil, pour the fish pieces in and stir-fry until both sides are slightly browned.

4. Put some peanut oil in the pot, put the tomatoes in and stir-fry, then add some light soy sauce and salt. Pour the fish pieces into the pot and simmer them with the tomatoes for 5 minutes, then add the chopped green onions and remove from the pot.

5. Serve in a bowl. It is delicious with good color, aroma and flavor.
