How to make small pancakes

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. It is very easy to make small fried dough cakes. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making them by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare the ingredients: Beat an egg in the flour

2. Pour 40-degree boiling water into the yeast and stir with chopsticks.

3. Add a little salt and sugar to the flour and pour in the yeast water and stir.

4. Knead the dough with your hands

5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment

6. The dough will double in size

7. Roll the dough into long strips

8. Cut into small pieces

9. Roll into dumpling skin size

10. Make a few cuts in the middle of the dough

11. Pour oil into the pot and turn on the fire.

12. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot and then put the dough in to fry. Fry both sides of the dough until golden brown and then remove from the oil.

13. The fragrant small pancakes are ready

Many children also like to eat small fried cakes. The soft and fragrant feeling is very memorable, especially in winter. Put some in the hot pot and the whole house will be filled with rich fragrance.
