Shrimp and eggs are a kind of snack that many young friends love to eat. We can often see this kind of snack here. 1. Prepare eggs, live shrimps, green onions and ginger.

2. Wash the shrimps, remove the heads, shells and shrimp threads, then cut into small dices. Add scallion segments and ginger slices, add 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for a while.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add 1.5 to 2 times the amount of warm water, and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and stir well.

4. Use a colander to filter into the bowl used for steaming.

5. Cover the bowl containing the egg liquid with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes in it with a toothpick, place it on the steaming rack, and put it in cold water. (Personally, I think steaming after boiling is similar to steaming with cold water. The most important thing is to be proficient in it.)

6. Cover with lid and steam for about 5 minutes until the surface of the egg liquid solidifies.

7. Open the plastic wrap, put the diced shrimp evenly, and then cover it with plastic wrap again.

8. Continue steaming until cooked through. Drizzle some light soy sauce and sprinkle with appropriate amount of chopped green onions before serving.

Nutritional Value

1. The amount of water is generally 1.5 to 2 times the amount of egg liquid.

2. Filter the stirred egg liquid with a colander so that there are no bubbles and the taste is good and beautiful.
