How to make golden buns

With fresh ingredients and proper cooking methods, you can enjoy the deliciousness of the dishes. The dish of golden steamed buns only needs to be simply steamed, then poured with sauce and served with a bowl of fragrant rice. It is an absolute match with rice. 1. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and steam it in a pot

2. Put the steamed pumpkin into a plate, press it into pumpkin puree with a spoon and place it at room temperature.

3. Mix the white flour, corn flour and yeast powder, and add them into the pumpkin puree. If it is very dry, you can add water. If it is just right, you don't need to add water. This depends on the amount of pumpkin.

4. Then knead it into a smooth dough and leave it for half an hour.

5. Knead the dough into a honeycomb shape, knead it again until smooth, divide it into small balls, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

6. Steam the small buns in cold water for half an hour. The time can be adjusted according to the size. If it is small, it takes 15 minutes, and if it is large, it takes 20 minutes.

7. After half an hour, turn off the heat and simmer for one or two minutes, then take out the steamed buns.

8. Let it cool down for a while and serve it on the plate. Isn’t it a very delicate pastry, accompanied by the aroma of pumpkin and corn?
