How to make spring rolls with scallion and shredded pork

The most easily overlooked thing in cooking is the heat. When making scallion and shredded pork spring rolls, the heat is very important. 1. Wash the green onions and lean meat and cut them into long strips.

2. Add cooking oil to the hot pan.

3. Add pork and stir-fry.

4. After the shredded meat changes color, add the chopped green onion.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and a small amount of MSG.

6. Stir-fry for a few times and serve in a bowl.

7. Spring roll wrappers bought from the market.

8. Take out a piece and place it on the cutting board. Use chopsticks to pick up some shredded pork and green onion and place it on one side of the spring roll wrapper.

9. Slowly wrap the shredded pork and green onion with both hands from one side.

10. Roll into a cylindrical shape.

11. After rolling, press the opening with your thumb.

12. Press the opening down when placing it on the plate.

13. All the spring rolls are wrapped.

14. Heat the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

15. When the oil is hot, hold the spring roll with chopsticks and put it into the oil pan with the opening facing downwards.

16. Continue to put spring rolls in, still with the opening facing down, and fry over low heat.

17. When the opening is fried until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side.

18. After frying, place on a plate.
