How to make Henan braised noodles

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. After returning home and washing up, they just want to fall asleep. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this Henan braised noodles.

1. Prepare the ingredients (I use thin flat noodles)

2. Remove the leaves and old roots of the celery. Wash and cut into inch pieces. Wash and cut the pork into shreds. Put it into a bowl and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt. Marinate for ten minutes. Rinse the bean sprouts.

3. Cut the scallion into small pieces and cut the ginger into shreds

4. Heat the oil in a wok, add the scallion and ginger, stir-fry, add the shredded pork and fry until white.

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and dark soy sauce to enhance the color.

6. Add soybean sprouts and celery, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence for seasoning, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

7. Spread the noodles evenly on the ingredients, do not compact them, and keep them fluffy.

8. Cover the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes on low heat (depending on the amount of noodles)

9. Use chopsticks to shake the noodles, then mix them with the ingredients and simmer for another five minutes.

10. Turn off the heat and shake with chopsticks again.

11. Serve on a plate and eat immediately

Eating out for convenience is not a long-term solution. It is necessary to learn some simple recipes yourself. Henan braised noodles are simple to make and worth a try.
