Ingredients: three black fungus, a bag of enoki mushrooms, a small cucumber, a box of konjac knots, half an onion, 2 small red peppers, 4 cherry tomatoes, a few drops of sesame oil, a small spoonful of minced garlic, 150ml balsamic vinegar, 30ml Maggi fresh, 20g white sugar, and 100ml mineral water.

Steps to make cold dishes with sauce

1. Group photo of main raw materials

2. Add sugar

3. Pour in balsamic vinegar and Maggi, stir until the sugar melts.

4. Add MSG and minced garlic

5. Pour in mineral water and mix evenly

6. Chop the red pepper and put it into the sauce. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

7. Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the stems, blanch them in water for 30 seconds, remove them and cool them for later use

8. Cut cucumber and onion into strips

9. Pour all ingredients into the sauce and mix well

Tips

The sourness and sweetness of the sauce can be adjusted by yourself. If you don’t have Maggi sauce, you can use seafood soy sauce instead.

Use fresh enoki mushrooms and don’t blanch them too long. 30 seconds is enough.

The chili peppers must be spicy small red peppers or Thai peppers, so that they will have enough flavor.
