How to make beef stewed noodles

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. After returning home and washing up, they just want to fall asleep. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this beef braised noodles.

1. Ingredients: beef cut into strips

2. Cut potatoes and beans into strips

3. Ingredients

4. Heat the oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, garlic, chili powder and thirteen spices. Stir-fry

5. After stir-frying, pour in the beef, and add the tomatoes after the beef changes color!

6. Pour the ingredients from step 2 into the pot, stir-fry and add dark soy sauce and salt as appropriate!

7. Add water! If you like to eat dry food, add less water. I like to eat it wet, with just enough water to cover the vegetables!

8. Use a noodle machine to press the kneaded dough into thin strips!

9. After the pot boils, add the noodles and chili on top, cover the pot and simmer for fifteen minutes! Add a small amount of MSG when serving!

10. Finished product!

It is an indisputable fact that eating out can easily lead to damage to health. Beef braised noodles are not difficult to make and it is also a delicious dish.
