After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of cooking drunken crabs is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Wash the fresh live crabs and soak them in clean water for half an hour.

2. After soaking, pour into a container, add salt and marinate for 30 minutes (it is best to cover the lid to prevent the fish from crawling away)

3. Pour out the marinated crab water, drain the water, add sugar, wine, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence, ginger slices, and green onions (whole without cutting)

4. The seasoning is finished. Stir well, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and it will be ready to eat after 4-5 hours. Overnight for better flavor
