The method of steamed green beans with flour is not as complicated as people think. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Ingredients: 300 grams of green beans, 1 piece of carrot, 65 grams of steamed flour, 15 grams of glutinous rice flour, 15 grams of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of glutinous rice wine or cooking wine, half a head of garlic, water, and salt as appropriate.

2. Remove the tendons from green beans and wash them.

3. Drain and break into pieces.

4. Chop the garlic and slice the carrots. I cut them into slices for a better appearance.

5. Add water to all ingredients except green beans and carrots and mix well.

6. The water should just cover the flour. Don’t make it too thin. Leave it for 10 minutes to allow the steamed flour to absorb enough water.

7. Add green beans and carrots and mix well.

8. Put it in a soup bowl, or directly on a steaming grate covered with bamboo leaves, corn husks, etc.

9. Place the container in the pot and cover it.

10. Steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
