How to make cabbage, shrimp and mushroom wontons

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. They want to fall asleep as soon as they get home after washing up. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this cabbage, shrimp and mushroom wonton.

1. First add soy sauce, thirteen spices, five-spice noodles, white pepper powder, cooking wine to the pork filling, then add chopped onion, ginger, nine vegetables, and an egg. Stir it evenly and set it aside for it to absorb the flavors. The cooking time should not be too long or too short.

2. Chop the prepared cabbage, mushrooms, and fungus separately. Remember to squeeze out the water to prevent the meat filling from being too wet and difficult to wrap!

3. Add oil, sesame oil, and salt to the fillings in turn. There are some tips on how to mix them. I wear disposable gloves to mix the vegetables so that the taste is even. Restaurants all mix by hand!

4. After mixing the fillings, stop for a while and prepare a small bowl of hot water. When wrapping the wonton skin, if it is a little hard, you can touch the edge with hot water, which will make it easier to wrap. The auxiliary supplies are ready!

5. The wontons I made have shrimp in each one. Although it is a bit troublesome to make, it tastes delicious. This step cannot be omitted!

6. Before cooking the wontons, put seaweed, sesame oil, salt and MSG in a small bowl. When the wontons are cooked, pour the water and wontons into the small bowl and sprinkle with chopped coriander. The delicious wontons are ready!
