2. Juice each vegetable separately and filter it for later use

3. Soak carrot juice, purple cabbage juice, green vegetable leaf juice, gardenia fruit in boiling water, remove the residue, and set aside red yeast rice powder

4. Mix one tablespoon of red yeast rice with 200 grams of flour, add water and mix well.

5. Mix the flour until no dry flour is visible and it becomes flocculent.

7. Use a round mold to press the dough into dumpling skins

8. Different colors must be made separately (repeat the above production process)
