How to make celery fried noodles

1. Wash the celery and cut it into oblique sections. If the vermicelli is dry, soak it in advance. The one Xier used was the wet one bought from the supermarket, so it can be used directly after washing.

2.1 When the pan is warm, add the chopped lamb, stir-fry over low heat to release the fat, then add a little five-spice powder to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor. For a low-fat diet, you don’t need to add vegetable oil. Just stir-fry the meat in a dry pan.

3.2 Chop the onion and garlic and set aside.

4.1 Add two spoons of oyster sauce, one spoon of light soy sauce and one spoon of aged vinegar into the pot, sprinkle in chopped green onion and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

5.2 After the meat is cooked, add the celery and stir-fry until it wilts slightly.

6. Add the vermicelli and stir-fry, add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes. (If the vermicelli is very long, you can break it appropriately.)

7. After the vermicelli is cooked to your preferred softness, collect the sauce and serve.
