How to make pork and cabbage dumplings

I believe many people have no idea how to make pork and cabbage buns. This is a mouth-watering dish that requires two raw materials: chicken and vegetables. The chef's superb cooking skills make the delicacy even more attractive. This is also a health-preserving recipe that can be made often for the elders at home.

1. Mix the flour and yeast powder and cover with a lid for fermentation.

2. Chop the cabbage and squeeze out the water for later use

3. Put the chopped meat into the container

4. Add an egg to the meat filling and stir well.

5. Add pepper and cooking wine and continue stirring

6. After stirring evenly, add appropriate amount of noodle sauce, light soy sauce, a little soy sauce, and Maggi and continue stirring evenly.

7. Then pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil for fragrance

8. Pour the chopped green onion and ginger into the meat filling.

9. Pour the drained cabbage into the meat filling and mix.

10. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to season, and the meat filling is ready.

11. The dough is almost fermented.

12. Take out the dough and knead it vigorously to fully exhaust the air.

13. Divide the noodles into even-sized noodles

14. Roll the dough into a round shape

15. Put some meat filling in the middle

16. Drag with your left hand, and fold the thumb and ten fingers of your right hand one by one

17. Until all are finished

18. This small bun is ready. Make the rest in order.

19. Put the water in the steamer and bring it to a boil. Put the buns in and steam them for ten minutes on high heat.

20. Turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes before serving.

21. Put it on a plate and enjoy it.

If you want to eat nutritiously and healthily, cooking by yourself is undoubtedly the best choice. Pork and cabbage buns are easy to make and provide us with more choices.
