How to make braised pork and eggs with soy sauce

No need to fry, deep-fry or stew. Just serve it with clear soup and you can enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Boil the eggs in warm water for five minutes and then take them out!

2. Soak it in cold water immediately to make it easier to peel!

3. Peel off the skin and use a knife to cut two cuts on the egg to make it more flavorful!

4. Rinse with cold water and remove the onion and ginger!

5. Put the pork belly, green onion and ginger into cold water. When the water boils, skim off the foam and take out the meat!

6. Heat the pan, pour in a little oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, peppercorns, star anise, and bay leaves and stir-fry until fragrant!

7. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the oil comes out!

8. Stir-fry evenly until colored!

9. Then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and bean paste

10. Add white sugar, rock sugar is best!

11. After frying, add enough hot water and put in the eggs. After the pot boils, turn to low heat and simmer for one hour!
