2. Use the fermentation time of the flour to make the filling. Fry the peanuts over low heat and then peel them (no oil is needed in the pan). Put them into a food processor and blend them. Don't blend them too finely. You can also put the peanuts into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

3. Use your hands to knead the dough into a smooth dough, making it shiny on the basin, hands and surface. Knead it for about 20 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment until it doubles in size

4. Put peanuts and black sesame seeds in a bowl, add sugar and mix well. The filling is ready.

5. Wash and drain the black sesame seeds, fry them over low heat until cooked, then put them into a food processor (no oil is needed in the pot) and grind them into powder.

6. If the fermented dough does not bounce back when you poke it with your index finger, it means it is well fermented.

7. Take out the dough, sprinkle some dry flour on it, knead it with your hands to release the air, roll it into strips and cut it into even dough pieces with a knife.

8. Take a dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough with a thick middle and thin edges.

13. Steam over medium-low heat first, then turn to high heat for 12-15 minutes when the water boils, turn off the heat and steam for 5 minutes before removing the lid.

14. The steamed buns are out of the oven. They are a little big and are connected together.
