How to make pan-fried shrimp and minced meat wontons

Office workers usually cannot be too particular about lunch, after all, conditions in the company are limited, so they usually eat in the cafeteria or go out to restaurants. In this case, they must pay attention to dinner, otherwise the body's nutrition may not keep up. Pan-fried shrimp and minced meat wontons are simple to make and very nutritious, and are worth recommending.

1. Add wine, salt, starch and a little baking soda to the shrimps, marinate for half an hour and refrigerate. Chop the tenderloin into minced meat and marinate it in the same way as the shrimp. (I chopped the minced meat overnight and added seasonings and refrigerated it. This minced meat is tender and delicious)

2. Chop the shrimp and minced meat together

4. Add a teaspoon of olive oil

5. Add some wine

6. Use chopsticks to turn the minced meat clockwise until it is firm and set aside.

Use a non-stick pan, put two teaspoons of olive oil in the pan, turn on low heat, put in the wontons, arrange them in the pan, fry for a while, add some water, cover and fry until the water is almost done. Shake the pan constantly in the middle to prevent the wontons from sticking to the bottom. (Oops! I forgot to take a picture) After the water is absorbed, fry for a while, sprinkle with green onions and serve.
