How to make lotus buns

In normal times, we should pay attention to our daily diet. Only by eating well can we have a good body, and what we have will be meaningful. For example, the method of lotus steamed buns is very simple.

1. Heat the milk and let it cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and let it stand for ten minutes. Pour it into the flour and let the dough ferment for one to two hours.

2. Divide the fermented dough into small pieces and press them into cakes

3. Roll the dough into a thicker dough than the dumpling wrapper. Apply oil on the upward side of the dough and fold it in half.

4. Fold in half again

5. Cut into three pieces as shown in the picture

6. Align the two identical pieces

7. Use chopsticks to press down from the middle and remove the chopsticks.

8. Use two chopsticks to press down from the middle point on both sides, and finally pinch the two ends of the chopsticks together.

9. Steam the lotus rolls for 20 minutes after the water boils. The lotus rolls will be sweet, soft and especially delicious!
