Chicken and Coriander Dumplings Recipe

Although eating out can reduce a lot of trouble, it is often easy to cause certain negative effects on health. Therefore, it is best to cook by yourself. Chicken coriander dumplings are simple to make. Eating them often in life can promote health. More importantly, they taste very delicious.

1. Wash the chicken, remove the fat, and drain the water for later use!

2. Clean the coriander, soak it in a little salt water for 10 minutes, control the water and set aside!

3. Peel the carrots, blanch them in water for 5 seconds, remove and set aside!

4. Chop the carrots and set aside!

6. Wash the green onions and chop them!

7. Chop the chicken into minced meat!

8. Add chopped green onions to the chicken!

9. Heat oil in a pan and set aside! Cooked oil does not have the taste of raw oil and tastes better!

10. Add salt and chicken essence to the chicken filling

11. Add seafood soy sauce and cooled hot oil! Sichuan pepper powder

12. Stir clockwise until the meat filling is fully mixed!

13. Add carrots to the seasoned meat filling!

14. After the carrots are mixed well, add the coriander!

15. Mix well and set aside, stirring in clockwise direction!

16. Knead the dough and set aside. I usually let it rest for two hours! This way the skin tastes better!

17. Start wrapping!

18. To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, sprinkle some flour on the lid!

19. Boil water in a pot. After boiling, add a little salt to the water. This way the dumplings will not stick together when cooked!

20. After the dumplings are cooked twice, turn off the heat and serve!

21. The delicious dumplings are ready!

22. Take a bite, it tastes great!

Chicken and coriander dumplings are easy to make, and the key lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dish, and the dish will immediately become a meal.
