How to make steamed buns (celery, carrot, beef stuffed buns)

We don't have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, the preparation of steamed buns (buns filled with celery, carrots and beef) is not difficult and suits the taste of the general public. It is a very good choice.

1. First dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, add appropriate amount of flour, knead it into dough and let it ferment. It will be ready in 40 minutes!

2. Prepare the meat filling: filter the beef filling with water, control the water, add a little salt, and stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks.

3. Then add the chopped celery, carrots, vermicelli, chopped green onion and ginger into the beef filling, then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil and five-spice powder and mix well.

4. After the dough has risen, fold it with dry flour and let it rest for a while. Then, roll it into long strips, cut it into small pieces, use a rolling pin to roll it into skins, put the fillings in, and seal the opening. The buns are ready!

6. Then add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, brush some oil on the grate in the steamer, put a steamer cloth on it (I use cotton gauze cloth), put the buns on it, and boil the water for 25 minutes.

7. The buns are cooked! Come and eat quickly!
