How to make corn meat dumplings

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for five minutes. Pour the yeast water into the flour, add appropriate amount of water and stir into a cotton-like state.

2. Knead the dough and let it ferment until it is twice as large and does not shrink when a hole is poked in it.

3. Chop the pork, add ginger, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and thirteen fresh ingredients and mix well.

4. Heat oil in a pan.

5. Add the minced meat and stir-fry first.

6. Add peppers and tomatoes and stir-fry.

7. Finally, add the peeled tender corn and stir-fry.

8. The corn meat filling is ready and it’s delicious.

9. Divide the dough into small pieces, take a piece and roll it into a dough sheet that is thick in the middle and thin at the edges, then put the filling in.

10. Hold the dough with your left hand and pinch the folds with your right hand.

11. Continue to pinch the pleats as shown.

12. Close the mouth and the buns are ready.

13. Cover the wrapped buns and let them rest for 10 to 20 minutes.

14. Put the pot on the stove with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and steam for about 20 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes before boiling again.

15. Start eating. Some of them are filled with other fillings.

To make this dish of corn and meat buns, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
