Cabbage and bacon dumplings recipe

1. Prepare the bacon and cut only the leaves of the cabbage, wash and set aside.

2. Mix the flour into dough (beat an egg and then add water when kneading the dough) and knead until smooth. Put it in a plastic bag and let it rest.

3. Chop the cabbage and bacon together, put them in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, Vegetarian soy sauce, five-spice powder and oil and mix well.

4. Roll the dough into long strips and form it into dough sheets.

5. Place the dough on your fingers and scoop the filling with a small spoon.

6. Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the dough tightly, and the dumplings are formed.

7. Wrap all the doughs one by one. This is the amount for me.

8. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dumplings in and cook for 3-5 minutes after boiling. When the dumplings are bulging, you can take them out.

9. Serve the dumplings on a plate.
