How to make Provence vegetable stew

1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables!

4. After crushing, pour into the pot, add salt, black pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce, simmer over low heat until thick, then turn off the heat!

6. Find a container that can be placed in the oven, pour the sauce you just cooked into the baking tray and spread it evenly, arrange all the vegetables evenly from the inside to the outside, brush the surface with olive oil, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, preheat the oven in advance, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly shrunk!

7. Sprinkle some black pepper after baking!
