How to make seaweed dumplings on February 2

A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. The seaweed dumplings on the second day of the second lunar month are simple and easy to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Cut the meat filling. I always put the meat in the refrigerator to freeze it, and then cut it into rice-sized pieces.

2. Chop the green onion and ginger into fine pieces, using more green onion.

3. Add soy sauce, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, five-spice powder and chicken essence into the minced meat, mix well, then add salad oil and continue mixing well.

4. Knead the flour into dough and start to rise.

5. Put the fresh seaweed you bought in a small basin, add water, stir it with chopsticks to remove the mud and sand in the seaweed, then scoop it up little by little with chopsticks, squeeze out the water, put it on a chopping board, and chop it up with a knife.

6. Add to the meat filling and mix well. When the dough has risen, add a little bit of salt and mix well when you start wrapping.

7. Take a piece of proofed dough, squeeze it, knead it evenly and make a hole in the middle.

8. Pinch it off and roll it into a round shape.

9. Cut the dough into pieces of normal size.

10. Sprinkle some dry flour, roll into a ball, flatten it, and start kneading the dough.

11. Support the skin with your left hand and fill the stuffing with your right hand.

12. Pinch the middle.

13. Pinch the edges again.

14. Put the pinched dumplings in the palm of your left hand.

15. Put the right side of the dumpling into the palm of your right hand and squeeze it tightly with both hands at the same time.

16. The dumplings are wrapped.

There is nothing wrong with being busy with work, but neglecting diet is not right. The method of making seaweed dumplings on the second day of the second month is simple. As long as you are willing, you can balance work and life.
